Is it okay for pom pom daisies, gerbera daisies, and calla lilies to be arranged together?

I am ordering flowers and arranging them myself for my wedding. I need to know that it is okay to have the flowers in the same water. Also, How long will they last? My plan was to have them delivered 2 days before the wedding, arrange them right away, and then hide them in a dark cooler place(Like the basement, I can’t fit them all into the fridge). Will they be okay for the wedding? Any other advise? Thanks!!!

Note: I am ordering them from a bulk store with a good reputation for there flowers, not a florist. So, there won’t be any florist to hold on to them before the wedding.
Note: I was planning on using waterproof floral tape in a grid pattern to keep the flowers seperate. Should I use foam(or marbles) too?

Yes – you can arrange them together. two days ahead is ok. make the arrangement light and airy. Remove most of leaves, add ferns and baby’s breath for a really spectacular touch. It would help if you were to put clear marbles in the bottoms of the vases so you can control the arrangement by placing each individual stem into the arrangments instead of having all flowers clumped together. If you are using vases that are not clear, then use florist sponge to arrange the flowers. Keep the heavier flowers toward the center and then lighten up as you move to the edges. How you arrange will determine how it looks. Again – keep flowers light and airy in the arrangement. Have a wonderful wedding. People are going to be looking at you – not the flowers.

Hmmm – how about one day before the wedding? It is just hard to keep them arranged and in water for extra days and have them look fresh. The daisies and callas should look good, but the daisies will begin to fade pretty quickly – not as badly as some flowers, but not exceptionally long-lived either. Can you get the florist to allow you to arrange them at their place and store them there as well? That would keep them "hidden" and at the right temperature, at least…

Personal experience. I always have flowers for parties and events and always receive compliments on arrangement.

Two days is a bit risky. I would leave it another day.Yes, any combination of flowers will work
