kissing balls and they are dead easy to make on your own! honestly! if you decide to do it yourself you can email me and i'll try and help you via email! you can do them with fresh flowers or artificial flowers and they look great!
good luck and happy wedding!
edit: if you decide to do these yourself and use fresh flowers you do not use a styrofoam ball as someone suggested - your flowers will die quickly. you must use
"florist foam for fresh flowers" and it must be soaked in water, and yes you can get that at michael's. if you use artificial flowers then you would use regular florist foam.
References :
Well those balls are sometimes called Kissing balls. The first ones look like Gerber daisy's. The others I can't really tell. Most florists can do them. Or if you pick up a "DIY" flower book then you could even do them yourself.

I'm not that great with random flowers either so I can't help on the bouquet. But it's gorgeous.

Good Luck
References :
The above posters answers answered your first question. You can make them yourself if you wish, start w/ a styrofoam ball you can get from Walmart or Michael's or Hobby Lobby type store. Just use flower picks to put the flowers on the ball. But a florist can make these especially for you. A lot of them use them for flower girls now instead of throwing flowers down the aisle. They are time consuming to make, so watch out for the cost.

And I'm not sure about the little pink flowers, but they kinda look like pink stephanotis - I'm not sure stephanotis even comes in pink. The above user is probably right on, but this might be a similar flower if your florist can't get the exact one.

Also, I took pictures that I printed from the internet into my florist and she helped me identify the flowers that I liked...so don't hesitate to take your ideas in with you. Pictures can convey so much more than words! :)
References :
The ball is called a pomander bouquet or a kissing ball and the pink flowers are pink plumerias (pink frangipani).
References :
The flowers in the first pictures are called kissing balls. You can ask for them at most florists. If you're adventurous enough, you could probably even make your own: http://www.hgtv.com/decorating/floral-kissing-balls/index.html

As for the other small pink flowers, I'm not sure what they're called, but they look similar to impatiens (http://www.fabiovisentin.com/photography/photo/9/impatiens-flower-wallpaper-wide-full-hd.jpg) but I'm pretty sure these aren't commonly used in bouquets.

Good luck!
References :
http://www.12kwedding.com
