How to Make Beautiful Flower Arrangements

I am making/filming a news show for my Final Project in Student Council class. These are the topics I will be covering:
Missing Person Alert (teacher)
Weather (forecast” of events)
Traffic Reports (watch out for…)
Politics (class elections)
Wall Street (what to invest in)
Making a Difference (smile!)
Sports (Powder Puff/Flower Fluff)
Health News (sayacheesa)
Entertainment (Final Project 08?)

So what I am is asking is… what is the format of a regular news show (opening lines, order of stories, etc.) and how do you suggest I arrange and present my ideas?

Political issues
Wall Street
Making a Difference
Health News
Missing Persons (or can be used as a breaking news update)
Entertainment (usually the "left over" stuff)
Weather
Sports

Traffic updates are usually plugged in where there’s left over time.

All are often linked to local communities and done by different news broadcasters while anchored by two news anchors.
