How likely is it for someone to get hired at a flower shop without any experience in floral arrangements?
I’d like to work at a flower shop and make arrangements with fresh flowers. But I do not have any related experience. What is the probability of getting hired?
See if you can get hired during a busy time ( Easter/Mothers day/etc.) As a helper cleaning roses and etc. they may give you a chance to show what you can do and then after your experienced they may have you help on arrangements during the heavy seasons.
