where can i buy gerbera daisies?
I am trying to figure out for my wedding (10.02.10) where I can buy Gerbera daisies. I do not want a bouquet or arrangement. I am wanting to buy single daisies because my "center pieces" are going to be mason jars with ribbon tied on and 3 daisies (orange, yellow and white) in the jars. Sometthing simple for the picnic themed wedding I want to have. But, everywhere I look they just have bouquets and what not. I’ve thought of silk flowers but I would love to have the real thing.

I used these guys for my wedding. I got roses and they were beyond perfect, if that’s at all possible.
They delivered to my door (UPS) on Thursday, I made the arrangements Friday (roses need a day to open fully) and the wedding was Saturday.

I have similar ideas for my wedding next May…I want single gerbera daisies. If you want real ones, go see a local florist…sometimes there are cheaper ones in smaller towns. We have one nearby that isn’t nearly expensive as bigger, well-known places. They look nice in bouquets too, if you change your mind. I love the look of the fresh cut bouquets with the stems showing!

If you go into a floral shop, or even the floral section at a grocery store, they can give you the option ot buy each individual flower. Just talk to the florist about ordering as many as you need of each colour.
